  I would never use these people NEVER AGAIN, especially Karen, she took the money and didn't finish her job. She gave me her word to allow the previous owners son to take paperwork that belonged to me and they promised he would return them back in a month. When that didn't happen I asked Karen for a way to get ahold of him as I was not allowed access to that info. She hung up on me and laughed as I dont matter anymore. That is just taking my kindness for weakness.
