  Ordered Tilapia entree. Three very tiny filets, no rice, bread or anything else except the 2 veggies I ordered as side dish which were cold. They had a promotion where the third side item was supposed to be .99 but I was charged 3.49. My son and I left very hungry after spending $35 for meal and tip.
  As we were leaving the second restaurant we went to after that we called the Perkins restaurant to let them know we were unhappy and we had actually gone somewhere else because we were still hungry.
  The manager Christina snapped at me and told me too bad, I should have said something while we were there.
